Pavilion Party

Who doesn't love a good party? Add in great weather, delicious cocktails, scrumptious food and views of million dollar yachts bobbing up and down in the harbor and there's sure to be an infinite amount of "Accept with Pleasure" RSVPs.

Cristina and Josh were married on a pristine day in May and they served up a pavilion party to remember. Their ceremony and reception was held at the one and only Pirates Cove Pavilion in Manteo, NC. Guests were welcomed outside where they were greeted with custom ceremony programs, acoustic tunes playing and dockside seating. The feel was very laid back, tropical almost; like you had just stepped off the plane to a fabulous vacation spot and the fun was just about to begin.

Following the ceremony guests entered the covered pavilion and enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before being seated for dinner. Round dining tables were topped with white linen, ivory overlays, centerpieces full of bright blooms spilling out over gold compote vases, accented with rose gold mercury glass votives for a touch of romance. The lively hues matched the couples personalities perfectly.

The main event for this sweet couple was definitely the party, and they graciously invited both adults and kids to take part. With personalized koozies, a polaroid guest book station, live band, open bar and glow sticks, the dance floor was never empty. The bride planned the entire wedding on her own and did not miss one solitary detail. We were honored to be their day of coordinators and felt blessed that everyone immediately made us feel like part of the family. Cristina and Josh, thank you for being so FUN. We hope you conquer dance floors together for as long as you both shall live!
